I really don't no if i will catch any heat for this one but is there a big difference between cravens last house on the left and the most recent
last house on the left written by Adam Alleca and directed by Dennis Iliadis although I'm no dought a craven fan i think the most recent is far more suspenseful then the original '
but then again i have to think of the age difference between films ' back then I'm sure this was horrifying to viewers seeing how there was such a limit on what could be brought to market and now a days you can get away with alot more gore and disgust ' i did like cravens last house but i also think if Wes didn't write it it would have been written sooner or later ' its not an out of this world story and it has been done is so many different ways...so ' i will rate these two movies as they were there own...yea i no whatever blah blah blah ' cravens film coming out in 72 was a hit and for sure a cult masterpiece so they say ' i did watch it and for me there was really no shock and ah ' more of a weird and gritty atmosphere that explored the minds of three bored punk kids who decide to have fun and torture a couple of girls for the hell of it to find out it really wasn't that much fun at all...i do like how the story splits and the gang ends up at the parents house of the daughter the tortured rapped and shot for a kick...and we all no the rest ' as far as the new one i was more glued to the story as i felt i new the characters a little better then betrayed in the original ' although the blood didn't seem to shed that much more ' I liked the recent house on the left and really hate the fact that people throw it away because it was a remake ' i have always hated the notion that if its a remake it don't deserve the credit that's due...but that's hoopla...if it was done with the original in mind and done better then i think it deserves to be put into the collections along side the masters...i also here this movie has been remade a few times i haven't seen any of the others ' so ' thats my opinion...just one horror nut to another.
